Our homebuyer guarantee is designed with you in mind. If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase of your new home within the first three months, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied. We will examine various options and solutions to make you satisfied. If in the end your decide that buying another home will result in 100% satisfaction, we will waive our commission to sell your home ( 2.5%) provided that the Right Realtor assists with purchasing your new home.
Note: Co-operating brokerage fees will apply to selling your home under Right Realtors service guarantee which is typically 2.5%. This is the fee paid to the Realtor who presented the clients to buy your home.
